Our Story

Transplant House of Cleveland offers affordable, temporary housing and a supportive community for organ transplant patients and their families. Established in 2014, it has grown from one apartment to 24, meeting the increasing needs of those facing life-changing medical journeys.

Impact

Since its inception, Transplant House has served over 1,600 families, providing more than 62,000 nights of housing and saving families approximately $8.7 million in lodging costs.
