TRANSITIONS THROUGH MOTION INC

The purpose of this non profit is to provide occupational, speech, and physical therapy in a community based setting focusing on functional gains for improved safety and independence. Along with clinical service, Transitions Through Motion will provide adaptive equine related activities to those with a medical diagnosis who need clinical expertise to do so. The organization will partner with mental health practitioners as needed for a holistic support service in a community based setting utilizing the equine environment to promote well-being. To endure the best practice and adherence to industry standards, this organization will provide education and training to staff, volunteers, and the general public.
