Our Story

Founded in 1969 by compassionate citizens, Transitions Inc emerged from a pressing need for addiction recovery services in Northern Kentucky. With limited resources, the founders transformed their home into Greater Cincinnati’s first non-medical residential treatment program, dedicated to helping those affected by addiction.
