Founded in 2009 by experienced social workers Brian Van Anne and Joe T. Martinez, Transitions Children's Services (TCS) is dedicated to providing quality, culturally competent treatment foster care and Extended Foster Care services. With a focus on a Strength Based approach, TCS recruits and trains loving families to support children and non-minor dependents in the foster care system. The ultimate goal is to achieve reunification or permanency for every child.
