Our Story

Transition Dynamics Associates Inc (TDAI) began its impactful journey in 1976 when Dr. Jim Di Raddo was invited to speak at a Missionary Field Conference in North India. Over the years, TDAI has focused on disciple-making and empowering leaders in villages and tribes. The organization has adapted its approach to include Church Planting Ministry (CPM) and Disciple Making Movement (DMM). In 2013, TDAI introduced the Kairos Course to the Northeast US, forming a dedicated team to mobilize the Church in fulfilling the Great Commission.

TDAI has successfully mobilized Christians into meaningful involvement in the world Christian movement, significantly impacting local communities and churches in North India and the Northeast US.
