Our Story

In the 1970s, parents of children with special needs in Hutchinson faced limited resources. Esther Yoder and Elwin Cabbage formed a coalition that became the original Board of Directors for TECH, Inc. Their vision led to the opening of the Reno County Occupational Center in 1973, marking the start of a mission dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in leading fulfilling lives.
