Founded in the early 1930s by dedicated volunteers, Trafford Community Public Library began in a small room at Trafford High School. Under the leadership of Mrs. Lois Baker, the first librarian, the library flourished and was officially incorporated in 1983. Today, it has expanded to a larger facility, continuing its mission to enrich the lives of community members through accessible resources and programs.
The Trafford Community Public Library is committed to providing quality materials and services that fulfill the educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of the entire community in a welcoming atmosphere.
