Our Story
CyberTracker Conservation was founded by Louis Liebenberg in the early 1990s to honor and utilize the ecological wisdom of indigenous trackers in southern Africa, particularly the San of the Kalahari. This initiative has expanded globally, including North America, where it has established a benchmark for wildlife tracking training and certification.
Impact
Since its inception, approximately 2000 individuals in North America, including wildlife biologists, ecologists, and nature enthusiasts, have participated in Track and Sign and Trailing Evaluations. This training significantly enhances their ability to read and interpret wildlife tracks and signs in their ecosystems.
