TRACK GUY FOUNDATION

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including but not limited to the promotion and fostering of youth track programs, the promotion and encouragement of youth physical fitness, the providing of financial support to youth track programs through educational institutions and youth track clubs, the donation of resources to other programs having similar purposes and objectives, the donation of funds for construction of track facilities and for such other purposes as may be permitted from time to time.
