Founded in 1987 during the HIV/AIDS epidemic, TPA Network Incorporated (TPAN) emerged as a vital community resource for HIV-positive individuals. Established by Chris Clason, TPAN was created to combat misinformation and discrimination, providing a safe space for peer support and information sharing.
