Our Story

Town and Country Manor was born from the heartfelt vision of Mrs. Jennie Suppes, who prayed for a miracle to create a furlough home for missionaries in Glendale, California. With limited resources, her dream seemed impossible until oil was discovered on her property, providing the exact funds needed to build the Glendale Missionary Colony. By 1970, the growing needs of the community led to the purchase of an 8.5-acre property, which became the future home of Town and Country Manor. Over the next 25 years, the organization expanded its offerings, enhancing skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to ensure that Independent and Assisted Living residents live well and receive the care they deserve.

As a faith-based non-profit Life Plan Community, Town and Country Manor reinvests profits back into the community, demonstrating the love, care, and hope of Jesus Christ to the seniors served. Your support is vital in continuing this mission.
