Tov V'Chesed was established in 2003 by Rabbi Yaakov Eliezer Shisha, who experienced poverty firsthand. The organization aims to provide comprehensive solutions to the pain and suffering of orphans and impoverished families in Israel. With a growing network of volunteers and donors, Tov V'Chesed delivers food assistance directly to homes, ensuring dignity and respect for those in need.
