Our Story

In the fall of 2014, a dedicated parent volunteer, Jeffrey “J” Prothero, recognized the need for construction skills education among students. This vision led to the establishment of Georgia’s first middle school construction program at Elkins Pointe Middle School. The initiative blossomed into the Young Apprentice Construction Club at Mimosa Elementary School, focusing on hands-on woodworking projects. By August 2018, Toolbox Inc. expanded its reach to all six elementary schools in Roswell, creating a robust educational pipeline in construction technology.
