Founded in 2007 by Sarah Westhora and Andrew Pankratz, the Tooele Valley Academy of Dance began as the Stansbury Park School of Ballet. With a mission to foster inclusivity, the organization evolved into its current name in 2012, reflecting its commitment to serving all of Tooele County. Over the years, TVAD has provided countless opportunities for youth and adults to engage in the art of ballet, producing beloved performances like Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty.
