Our Story
The Tomales Town Hall, built in 1874, stands as one of California's oldest continually used community buildings. For nearly 150 years, it has been a cornerstone of civic and social life in Tomales, hosting a variety of events that bring the community together. As the Hall approaches its 150th anniversary in 2024, a rejuvenation campaign is underway to restore and upgrade this historic venue, ensuring it continues to serve the community for generations to come.
