Established in 2003, Tolosa Children’s Dental Center (TCDC) was created to meet the urgent need for pediatric dental services among low-income families in San Luis Obispo County. Initially named La Clinica de Tolosa, TCDC has grown from treating 500 children in its first year to over 5,000 annually, offering comprehensive dental services including preventive care, oral health education, restorative, and emergency treatments.
