Our Story

In September 2022, a visionary group of blind and sighted leaders came together to create the Together Achieving Dreams Foundation. This initiative was born from a shared belief that the capabilities of blind individuals should never be questioned due to societal misconceptions. With over 7.7 million visually impaired people in the United States facing a staggering 75% unemployment rate, the TAD Foundation is dedicated to changing this narrative and ensuring that blind talent shines in the business world.

The foundation is named in honor of Tad Webster, a devoted father who believed in the potential of his blind daughter and the entire blind community. Tad's mantra, "Today, you can do anything," inspires the foundation's mission to empower individuals to achieve their dreams.
