Todd Martin Youth Leadership was founded in 1994 by Todd Martin, inspired by a mentor's insights on discipline and community. The organization focuses on preparing young people from under-resourced families for success through tennis, education, life skills, and leadership development.
TMYL provides academic tutoring, leadership development, and tennis instruction to Lansing youth, effectively closing the academic performance gap while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
