TNR of Warren began in September 2008, driven by a vision of collaboration between a Trap-Neuter-Return organization, veterinarians, and the community. This partnership aims to improve the lives of stray and feral cats through humane practices.
Since our inception, TNR of Warren has successfully spayed and neutered over 31,000 cats, including those from low-income families. Each cat is vaccinated for rabies and returned to their managed colonies, ensuring a sustainable solution to the feral cat population.
