Our Story
The Tinton Falls Public Library was established in 1961 by a passionate group of local residents who collected books door-to-door. Initially located in a corner of the Luther Memorial Church, the library later moved to a larger space in the old borough hall. In approximately 1975, it found its current home on Tinton Avenue, right in front of the Tinton Falls Middle School. By 2017, the library had grown to serve 4,900 cardholders, providing essential internet access, diverse programs, and meeting spaces for all ages, free of charge to the residents of Tinton Falls.
