Our Story

Founded in 1988 by the Association of Adventist Women, Time for Equality in Adventist Ministry (TEAM) was established to support women pursuing pastoral roles. With a commitment to gender equality in church leadership, TEAM has provided invaluable resources, including scholarships, newsletters, and a resource library, to empower women in ministry.

Impact

TEAM has sponsored over 1,100 women studying for pastoral ministry, awarding more than $1,100,000 in scholarships. This support enables women to fulfill their calling and make a difference in their communities.
