Since 2002, Time for Change Foundation has been dedicated to assisting homeless women and children in California achieve self-sufficiency. By providing housing and essential supportive services, TFCF addresses the pressing needs of those affected by the housing crisis, mass incarceration, and family separation.

To date, TFCF has successfully reunified 311 children from foster care with their mothers and has empowered over 2,600 homeless women and children to become self-sufficient.
