Tiger World

Our Story

Tiger World was founded in 2007 by Lea Jaunakais with a vision to make a difference in global conservation and education of endangered and threatened animals. After purchasing a closed zoo, it opened to the public on July 1, 2008, starting with a few species and expanding to over 54 species, including 14 endangered animals.

Impact

Reaching over 100,000 visitors annually, including over 30,000 school children, Tiger World provides educational tours and hands-on learning experiences about endangered wildlife.
