Tidewater Friends of Foster Care

Our Story

Tidewater Friends of Foster Care was founded in June 2016 by dedicated foster parents Richard Litton and Audra Bullock. Recognizing the urgent need for community resources, TFFC partners with local social services to enhance the lives of foster youth in Hampton Roads.

Each year, TFFC serves over 1,700 foster and at-risk children, providing vital support to improve their outcomes and enrich their lives.
