T.H.U.G.S., Inc. was founded in 2007 by visionary leader Allen M. Graham, who witnessed the struggles of his peers in Montgomery County, MD. With a background in the juvenile justice system, Mr. Graham established this organization to address the challenges faced by incarcerated youth. The mission is to transform lives through mentorship and support.
Through a dedicated youth mentoring program, T.H.U.G.S., Inc. helps young men navigate their hardships, stay in school, and avoid the juvenile justice system. The program significantly boosts high school graduation rates and post-secondary employment opportunities while reducing exposure to violent crime.
