Our Story

Thrive Support & Advocacy was founded in the early 1970s by a group of dedicated mothers who recognized the need for social outlets for their children with intellectual disabilities. This grassroots initiative led to the establishment of Greater Marlborough Programs, Inc., which has since evolved into Thrive Support & Advocacy. The organization is committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities by providing them with opportunities to shine and live fulfilling lives.
