Our Story
Three Rivers Community Action is a nonprofit human service organization founded in 1966 by local citizens. With a mission to collaborate with community partners, it addresses the basic human needs of individuals and families in southeastern Minnesota. Over the years, the organization has expanded its reach, growing from serving 100 program participants to over 17,000 annually, supported by an operating budget that has surged from $60,000 to over $19 million.
