Our Story

Since 1973, Cascap, Inc. has been dedicated to providing secure, affordable, and dignified housing for the Greater Boston community. Initially founded to support adults with mental illness, Cascap merged with ECHO in 1985 to expand its mission to include low-income frail elders. Today, Cascap is recognized for its expertise in developing and managing quality housing while delivering essential supportive services.

Impact

Over the past four decades, Cascap has grown to own over 220 housing units across 33 locations in Metro-Boston. The organization’s supportive housing model ensures that individuals with special needs have immediate access to necessary services, fostering successful community living.
