Our Story

The Thoughts & Gifts Project was inspired by a vision to celebrate the special moments in life. Founded by Jean Love in 2017, this nonprofit organization began with a simple idea: to provide gifts for youth who may not otherwise receive presents. Today, it serves Polk County, Oregon, ensuring that underserved youth, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and seniors feel valued on their birthdays.
