Founded in 1980 and originally known as J-CAP Foundation, the Thomas White Jr. Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to addressing critical social issues in Jamaica, New York. Named in honor of its founder, The Honorable Thomas White, Jr., the foundation continues his legacy of community leadership and advocacy.
