Our Story

Inspired by the remarkable self-awareness of elephants, Think Elephants International was founded in 2011 to change the narrative around conservation. After witnessing Happy the elephant at the Bronx Zoo, the journey began in Thailand, where the focus shifted to understanding elephant behavior and fostering empathy in future generations. Through scientific research and educational initiatives, TEI aims to instill a sense of responsibility towards wildlife conservation in young minds.
