The Thiebaut Method is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth in grades 4-8 in East Palo Alto, California. By providing the tools and opportunities to create and lead community service projects, the organization fosters leadership and social responsibility among young individuals.

Making a Lasting Impact

In 2021, the youth involved in the Thiebaut Method designed and led community service projects that positively impacted over 1,300 individuals across 18 social need areas. This initiative engaged more than 150 volunteers who collectively contributed over 1,000 hours of service.
