Our Story
Theatre Grottesco was founded in 1983 in Paris, France, by John Flax and Didier Maucort, who are former members of Minneapolis’ Theatre de la Jeune Lune. With a rich history of creating 16 full-length plays and over 40 shorter pieces, the company has performed in 8 countries and 31 states, earning numerous awards for its artistic contributions.
