Founded in 2010 by BIPOC women artists and art enthusiasts, The Women’s Coalition for Empowerment Inc. (WCE) is dedicated to enhancing financial support and creative workforce opportunities for emerging artists, musicians, and performers facing financial challenges. Through various programs, WCE promotes self-sufficiency, artistic expression, and personal growth.
