Our Story

In the spring of 1998, Bev Anderson and Grant Whitney, both affected by peripheral neuropathy, founded a support group in Auburn, California. This initiative blossomed into the Western Neuropathy Association, which now encompasses support groups across California, Oregon, Nevada, and Texas.

Impact

The Western Neuropathy Association empowers individuals suffering from peripheral neuropathy by offering education and support through various resources and community connections. The transition to virtual meetings has significantly increased attendance and support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
