The Walter Hive was founded in December 2017 by Mary and Kirk Strawn to create a nurturing space for arts and creative expression. Drawing from Mary’s experience in therapeutic art for high-risk youth and young burn survivors, The Hive collaborates with various nonprofits to offer programs that inspire creativity and healing.
