Our Story
The Village Family Services was founded in 1997 by Hugo C. Villa and Irma Seilicovich to provide bilingual, bicultural social services for Latino children and families in Los Angeles County. Over the years, it has expanded to support homeless youth and LGBTQ individuals, becoming a leader in culturally sensitive foster care and adoption services.
