Established in 1993, Unity Care is a nationally accredited agency dedicated to supporting youth and families. With a strengths-based and culturally proficient approach, Unity Care focuses on providing safe, stable, and affordable housing for youth transitioning out of foster care.

Our Impact

Unity Care plays a crucial role in helping unhoused foster youth find stability and independence. Over the past two years, 86% of age-eligible graduates secured employment, and 78% maintained their educational goals.
