Established in 1990 at the urging of Ambassador Derrick Heaven, the Union of Jamaican Alumni Associations (USA) Inc. was formed to unite various alumni organizations in the tri-state area. Over three decades, UJAA has grown from 17 founding associations to over 60 active groups, becoming a vital voice for educational and social initiatives that uplift Jamaicans both in the United States and at home.
UJAA effectively collaborates with local businesses and organizations to enhance the education and quality of life for students in Jamaica.
