Our Story
Founded in 1990 by Father Austin Ford, The Study Hall is a beacon of hope for the children of Peoplestown, Atlanta. This independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was established to provide a safe haven where underserved children can develop essential skills for success in school and life. With the support of dedicated volunteers, The Study Hall facility was built to serve the community.
Impact on the Community
Since its inception, The Study Hall has positively impacted over 2,400 students in Peoplestown, Mechanicsville, and nearby neighborhoods. The organization offers comprehensive after-school and summer camp programs for kindergarten through fifth-grade students, ensuring that these vital services are provided at no cost to families.
