Sovereign Wings of Hope Ministries was established to transform the Ugandan community by developing youth, providing health education and care, and mobilizing resources for various activities. Since 2004, SWOH has focused on providing palliative care to families in Eastern Uganda, becoming the only entity in the region to offer such support.
From serving just 20 patients and family members, Sovereign Wings of Hope now cares for over 1,700 patients and families through its two hospice clinics, making it the largest and most cost-effective palliative care program in Eastern Uganda.
