Our Story
Founded by Becky Thompson in 2016, The Restoration Act began with a sewing project in Kurdistan, Iraq, aimed at providing hope to internally displaced persons (IDPs) affected by ISIS/Daesh. This initiative blossomed into the Shingal Educational Center, focusing on holistic restoration through education and empowerment.
