The Prosperity Foundation

Our Story

The Prosperity Foundation was founded in 2010 by Howard K. Hill, emerging from the Urban Prosperity Fund. This initiative aims to strengthen Connecticut’s Black communities by addressing critical health, education, and economic disparities. By serving as a permanent endowment vehicle, the foundation empowers community members to engage in philanthropy and create their own funds.
