Our Story

The Opportunity Alliance was founded in 1965 as the Community Action Agency for Cumberland County, Maine. With a rich history of advocacy and support, TOA has evolved to provide integrated community-based and clinical programs, serving over 20,000 individuals annually. The organization is dedicated to helping individuals and families identify their goals and address their needs.
