About the Noel Pointer Foundation

Founded in 1995 in memory of Grammy-nominated violinist Noel Pointer, the Noel Pointer Foundation has revolutionized music education for over 35,000 students in New York City. Starting with just 18 violin students in one Brooklyn school, NPF now offers programs across nearly 50 Title I schools, providing invaluable opportunities for artistic growth and personal development.

Impact of Music Education

NPF serves 2,000 students annually, with 100% of seniors graduating and many attending prestigious institutions like Juilliard and Yale University. Students perform on renowned stages such as Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, showcasing their talent and hard work.
