Our Story

Founded in 1984, The Nemasket Group emerged from the vision of families seeking a brighter future for their children with disabilities. Starting with just 19 individuals, this organization has grown to support over 400 adults, children, and families in the greater Southeastern Massachusetts area. Through collaboration with families, local officials, and state agencies, The Nemasket Group has developed programs that empower individuals to achieve their career goals, engage in community life, and pursue their interests.
