The Navigation Center, formerly known as Military Community Connections, was founded in 2015 to support veterans and their families transitioning into the community. With over twenty-five years of combined experience, the organization expanded its mission in 2018 to serve the general public, providing essential resources and support to those in need.
Since January 2021, The Navigation Center has positively impacted the lives of 2,880 clients, including over 340 veterans and 700 families with children. On average, eight families receive housing assistance each month, preventing homelessness and fostering stability.
