Our Story

Since the inception of his legal career, David Gibbs III has been driven by a profound mission: to serve as a legal missionary. With over 25 years of experience, he has dedicated his life to defending the rights of the defenseless against governmental and institutional bullying. The National Center for Life and Liberty (NCLL) was established in 2012, inspired by David's involvement in pivotal cases like Terri Schiavo's. Recognizing the need for a robust organization to champion religious liberty, NCLL was born. Today, with a team of over a dozen legal professionals, NCLL actively supports more than 3,000 churches and manages over 200 active cases annually.
