Our Story

Create Common Good (CCG) was founded by local entrepreneur Tara Russell in response to the 2008 financial crisis. Initially named 'Common Ground', the organization began by providing job and language skills training for refugees in Boise, Idaho. Over the years, CCG has evolved to focus on foodservice skills training and job placement assistance, empowering adults facing employment hurdles.
