The Legacy Center Community Development Corporation, founded in 1996 by Senior Pastor Michael Durso, began as a mission to support children of incarcerated parents and local students in need. In 2010, TLC became a separate 501(c)(3) organization under CEO Jordan Durso, expanding its outreach to serve all of New York City. Over the years, TLC has adapted its services, including launching a food pantry during the COVID-19 crisis.
